Now Joyce's address is in your book and you are ready to send her another e-mail message.
1. Instead of typing her address in the To box, click on the address book indicated
2. Click twice on Joyce's address and then click on the OK button indicated
3. Joyce's address appears in the To box.
Some e-mail programs let you automatically add e-mail addresses to your book every time you send mail. As your list of addresses grows, you can organise it alphabetically or into groups.
